Releasing Emotional PainOur minds are very good at creating whatever we focus on. When we hold emotional pain our minds keep going back to what we don’t want, and we can unintentionally create that. One of the processes I use is called Emotional Freedom Technique. It helps people to release pain quickly and easily. When we let go of that pain our perception simultaneously shifts to one of deeper understanding & wisdom, acceptance and forgiveness. Then we are able to refocus on what we want, and move forward. Forgiveness is freeing up and putting to better use the energy once consumed by holding grudges, harboring resentments, and nursing unhealed wounds.
