Change the underlying causes of Stress…
In my Coaching Practice I use lots of tools to reduce stress. Learning ways to reduce stress is a lifetime of developing maintenance skills. And the less you are stressed, the better life is.
Still, I would argue that what’s really important is to change the underlying causes of your stress.
So how do you do that?
The simple answer is: Change your attitude and your behavior for better results.
Here’s my approach:
- Whenever you’re stuck, the emotional pain is the “open door” you can choose to step into and explore - in order to move forward.
- Understanding “who you are” at your deepest levels and “what you want”; then making decisions that align with that, is the key to Creating a Fulfilling Life; which reduces the stress that is created in the first place.
For me, that’s what coaching is all about.
