Life Coaching is an investment to improve your quality of life - it affects how your feel, the choices you make, what you get out of life, and how you contribute to others' lives.

My Coaching Services range from $90 to $600 a month, based on your needs.

Your first step is an initial Discovery Session at $130.

I'll also asses what I can help you with and together we'll choose the best option for you.

There is no insurance that I know of that pays for Life Coaching.

Some companies have a wellness program and you can ask if they are willing to pay for Life Coaching as a benefit. I will be happy to assist you if they need more information from me.
